Course Description

This course provides in-depth information and hands-on technical training to understand, configure, administer, and implement advanced and complex configurations of the Radware Application switch. The course curriculum covers the basic theory, concepts, operation, configuration, implementation, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Application switches. The students will administer and configure the Application switches in a variety of advanced configurations as described in the Course Outline section.

Intended Audience

This course is intended for technical support personnel who are required to maintain a load balancing network environment consisting of Radware Alteon Load Balancing appliances.

Prerequisite Skills

Practical understanding of Layer 2 and 3 protocols, and experience with networking infrastructure products including bridges, switches, and routers. solid understanding of TCP/IP and web based protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, and DNS is necessary.
